Schaumbetrieb mit CAFS *
- Pumpenanlage wie im Kapitel
◊ "Tanksaugbetrieb" oder
◊ "Ansaugen von offener Wasserstelle" oder
◊ "Hydrantenbetrieb / Einspeisbetrieb" beschrieben, betreiben.
- Pumpenanlage mit einem Druck von mindestens 6 bar betreiben.
◊ Bei Einspeisbetrieb die Motordrehzahl soweit anheben, dass
die Antriebsleistung für den Betrieb des Kompressors ausreicht.
- Druckschlauch am Anschluss (J11c) "B" und/oder "C" an-
schließen und mit Strahlrohren versehen.
- Schalter (S326) drücken:
◊ Bild (145) wird auf dem Display (N7) angezeigt.
- Schaummitteltank vorwählen - nur bei Ausführung mit 2 Schaum-
mitteltanks:
◊ Gewünschten Tank mittels Schalter (SF4) auswählen.
- Für Schaumbetrieb ohne CAFS das "Foam PRO" mittels Schal-
ter (SF1) auswählen.
- Für Schaumbetrieb mit CAFS das "CAFS" mittels Schalter
(SF1) auswählen.
◊ Steuerteil (N5) wird aktiviert.

Foam Operation with CAFS *
- Operate pump as mentioned in the

"Tank Suction Operation" or
◊
"Drafting Operation from Open Water Source" or
◊
"Supply Operation / Hydrant Operation" chapter.
- Operate the pump with pressure greater than 6 bar.
◊
A with hydrant/supply operation increase engine speed to
get enough performance for driving the compressor.
- Connect pressure hose to connection (J11c) "B" and/or "C" and
provide open end of the hose with branch pipe.
- Press switch (S326):
◊
Picture (127) will be shown on display (N7).
- Select desired foam compound tank by using switch (SF4) - only
on units with 2 foam compound tanks.
- For foam operation without CAFS select "Foam PRO" by using
switch (SF1).
- For foam operation with CAFS select "CAFS" by using switch
(SF1).
◊
The control unit (N5) will be activated.
