Pneumatic Installation
Druckluftversorgung
Im Pumpenraum ist ein Absperrventil (J163) und ein
Kondensatabscheider (Y163) für die feuerwehrtechnischen Druck-
luftverbraucher eingebaut.
Weitere Informationen siehe bitte Kapitel "Servicearbeiten".
Das Absperrventil (J163) trennt sämtliche feuerwehrtechnischen
Druckluftverbraucher vom Fahrgestell.
WICHTIG !
Das Absperrventil (J163), muss für den normalen Pumpenbetrieb
immer offen sein!
Wird das Absperrventil (J163) geschlossen,
- darf der Nebenabtrieb nicht mehr vom Pumpenarmaturenbrett
aus eingeschaltet werden.
- können die Elektro - Pneumatik Ventile nicht mehr notbetätigt werden!
Das Absperrventil (J163), darf nur für Wartungs- und Reparaturar-
beiten geschlossen werden!
Hinweis:
Das Druckreduzierventil für den Lichtmast ist am Lichtmastfuß
montiert, auf max. 2 bar eingestellt und darf nicht verstellt werden.
Compressed Air Supply
On the pump unit, a shut-off-valve (J163) and a pneumatic service
unit (Y163) for the pneumatic system are installed. For further
information, please refer to the "Service Procedures" chapter.
The shut-off-valve (J163) disconnects the pneumatic fire fighting
system from the chassis.
ATTENTION !
The shut-off-valve (J163) must be open at all times for normal
pump operation!
If the shut-off-valve (J163) is closed,
- the P.T.O. must not be switched from pump control panel!
- the solenoids cannot be switched manually!
The shut-off-valve (J163) may be closed only for service and repair
works!
Note:
The pressure reduction valve for the light mast is mounted on the
light mast base; preadjusted to max. 2 bar which must not be
adjusted.
