Pumpenbetrieb vom Heck aus
Pump Operation from rear Control Panel
Tanksaugbetrieb
- Druckschläuche an den Druckausgängen anschließen.
- Nebenabtrieb einschalten:
◊ Schalter (S2/1) drücken.
◊ Siehe auch "Einschalten der Pumpe".
- Pumpenanlage entlüften - erfolgt automatisch:
◊ Die Entlüftungspumpe arbeitet bis sich ein Pumpendruck
von ca. 2 bar aufgebaut hat. Während des Entlüftungsvor-
ganges kann die Pumpendrehzahl mittels Schalter (S9+)
erhöht (auf max. 3500 min
-1
) werden.
- Druckausgänge langsam öffnen.
- Pumpendruck mittles Schalter (S9+) bzw. (S9-) auf den ge-
wünschten Wert regeln.
Hinweis:
Sind die erforderlichen Vorbedingungen für einen Tanksaug-
betrieb nicht gegeben, z.B. Fremdsaugventil nicht vollständig
geschlossen, wird das am Display (N7) durch eine entsprechende
Information angezeigt. Folgen sie den Anweisungen.
Als Grundstellung gilt: Fremdsaugventil (J14) geschlossen.
Tank Suction Operation
- Connect pressure hoses to the pressure outlets.
- Engage the P.T.O.:

Press switch (S2/1).

- Evacuate the pump system - occurs automatically:

The priming pump is engaged until a pressure of approx. 2 bar
is reached. During priming procedure the pump speed can be
increased (to max. 3500 min
-1
) by using switch (S9+).
- Open discharge valve(s) slowly.
- Adjust pump speed to desired pressure by using switch (S9+)
resp. (S9-).
Note:
If the precontitions, necessary for tank suction operation, are not
fulfilled, e.g. the water drafting valve not completely closed, a
corresponding warning will be shown on the display (N7). Please
follow the instructions.
The basic position is: The water drafting valve (J14) closed.
