Schaumbetrieb mit HD-FIX MIX **
- HD-FIX MIX aktivieren:
◊ Schalter (S319) drücken.
Entsprechend der am HD-Teil abgenommenen Wassermen-
ge wird die Schaummittelmenge automatisch dosiert und
dem Wasserstrom beigemischt.
- Druckausgänge öffnen.
- Pumpendruck auf den gewünschten Wert regeln.
- Wasser/Schaummittelgemisch mit 3% (auf Wunsch mit 6%)
Zumischrate wird am HD-Teil gefördert.
Wichtige Hinweise:
Bei Schaumbetrieb mit dem ND-FIX MIX ist im HD- und ND-Teil
der Pumpe Schaum.
Bei Schaumbetrieb mit dem HD-FIX MIX ist nur im HD-Teil der
Pumpe Schaum.
Bei Schaummitteltanksaugbetrieb ist der Schaummittelfremd-
sauganschluss mit der Blindkupplung zu versehen.
Nach jedem Schaumbetrieb ist die Anlage zu spülen (siehe Kapitel
Wartung "Spülen nach Schaumbetrieb").
** Wunschausführung; Einbau nur bei NH-Pumpentypen möglich
Foam operation with HP-FIX MIX **
- Activate HP-FIX MIX:

Press switch (S319).
Foam compound is automaticaly proportioned, according to
the corresponding quantity of HP outlet water discharge,
and mixed to the water itself.
- Open discharge valve(s).
- Increase pump speed slowly to required pressure.
- Water/foam mixture with 3% (optionally with 6%) admixing
rate is discharged at the HP-part.
Important notes:
For foam operation with NP-FIX MIX, foam compound is in NP-
and HP-part of pump.
For foam operation with HP-FIX MIX, foam compound is in HP-
part of pump only.
For foam operation from foam compound tank, the foam drafting
connection must be provided with a blind coupling.
The pump system must be flushed after each foam operation
(please refer to the "Flushing after Foam Operation" chapter).
** Optional installation, only possible with NH-pump types
