6.12 24-Month (4800 operating
hours) service operations
The following service operations should be carried
out every 2 years (4800 operating hours) or more
frequently when the Refuse Collection Vehicle is
operating in severe conditions.
The following service operations should be carried out
in addition to the Daily service checks, Weekly service
operations, 6‑Week (300 operating hours) service
operations, 12‑Week (600 operating hours) service
operations and 12‑Month (2400 operating hours)
service operations.
1. Replace ejection plate slide blocks (1).
• Refer to Olympus Mini Workshop manual for
procedure.
2. Replace carriage plate slide blocks (2).
• Refer to Olympus Mini Workshop manual for
procedure.
