thrust ring
and

against each other
into
position
with first
spring centering
on thrust
ring.
For fitting
collar nut,
place
clutch ass'y horizontally
to
prevent
de-centering
of the
outer
disk spring.
Tighten
nut,
using
pin-face
wrench, firstly
to approx. 20 Nm
(180
in.lb.), install
clutch
ass'y
into gearbox
on
propshaft
and
adjust slipping
torque
(consult
chapter 6.15.1, checking
of the slipping
torque).
After
setring of
thg rfif,p#g torque,
secure collar nut
by denting into
the fixing holes
o.

up
gear
cover
in
oven to

C

oil seal

to bearing seat

tap! Make absolutely
sure to support
the inner ring
of
the
bearing with suitable tube.It would
be an advantage, if
gearcoveris
still warm
at this
stage.
Slide on distance sleeve
35,214218 and eccenter collar for fuel
pump.
From now
on, distinguish clearly between
gearbox
with
orwithout
overload clutch!
