The
gap
between
pump
cover and
rotor
ass'y to
be max. 0,2 mm
(0,008
in.).
A
bigger
gap greatly
reduces
pump
capacitiy.
At notice-able furrows on mating
faces
of
revolving
piston
and
rotor, renew
both
components.
Remove
pressure
control
valve, clean it
and
inspect
ball seat
in
pump
housing. Clear
all oil
passages
by
compressed
air.
