Heating does not warm
up enough
Water flow too low.

heck that all stop valves of the water circuit are
completely open.
Ɣ C
heck that the water filter is dirty.
Ɣ Check that the expansion tank is defective.
Ɣ Fully vent the heating system and device-internal
circulation pump.
Ɣ On the control un
it (rotary switch position "Info" )
check that there is sufficient water pressure (>0.5 bar),
if necessary, refill the heating water.
Ɣ Check
that the resistance in the water circuit is not too
high for the pump (see installation manual for
"Technical Data").
Target value range is too low.
Ɣ Increa
se parameter [Heizkurve].
Ɣ Increase parameter [Max Temp Heizung].
Ɣ Increa
se parameter [Max T-Vorlauf].
Weather-controlled flow temperature regula-
tion.
Ɣ Check the settings on the "HZK Konfig" level of the
parameters [Heizgrenze Tag], [Heizkurve] and the
settings in the "Raumsoll Tag" rotary switch
position.
Optional backup heater (BUxx) or alternative

ter not switched on.

heck mains supply of the backup heater (BUxx).
Ɣ Thermal protection switch (STB) on backup heater
(BUxx) was triggered. Unlock.

heck parameters [Funktion EHS] and [Leistung EHS
Stufe 1] and [Leistung EHS Stufe 2].
Water quantity in heating system too low

heck the primary pressure in the expansion
container and the water pressure, if necessary, refill
the heating water and reset the primary pressure (see
chapter 7.5).
Hot water supply is taking too much of the out-
put of the heat pump.

heck the settings of the parameter [Funktion EHS] in
level "Konfiguration", sub-level "Installation".
Ɣ Check the settings of the parameter [Leistung WW] in
level "Konfiguration", sub-level "Anlagenkonfigu-
ration".
Hot water does not warm
up
DIP switch configured incorrectly

heck DIP switch setting on board A1P (see
section 8.4).
Hot water supply switched off (e.g. switching
time
program is in the economy phase,
parameters for hot water supply have been
set incorrectly).
Ɣ Check the operating mode setting.
Ɣ C
heck the request parameters.
Storage tank charging temperature too low. Ɣ Increase the target hot water temperature.
Draw-off rate too high. Ɣ Reduce the draw-off rate, limit throughput.
Output of heat pump too low.
Ɣ Check the switching times for room heating and hot
water supply for overlaps.
Water quantity in heating system too low.
Ɣ Check the primary pressure in the expansion
container and the water pressure, if necessary, refill
the heating water and reset the primary pressure
(see chapter 7.5).
