Under sail, to avoid premature wear of the mainsail halyard, always keep it on the winch head (not only on
the jammer)
Access to winch circuit breakers
through the hatch next to the wheelhouse
The winches are powered by the SERVICE battery bank
- Regularly check the level of the bank, using the control panel at the chart table
- Charge the batteries as often as necessary
