Usare i filtri a 10

100). Filtri con
valvola by-pass (tappata) da installare in aspirazione della
pompa di sovralimentazione. Si raccomanda l'indicatore
d'intasamento, la depressione massima accettabile sul
filtro è pari a 0,25 bar.
FILTRI RACCOMANDATI
Al fine di ottenere il miglior rendimento con adeguata
capacità lubrificante occorre adeguare la viscosità dell'olio
alle caratteristiche termiche dell'impianto e dell'ambiente.
La tabella seguente dà un'indicazione per la scelta del
lubrificante adeguato. La temperatura del circuito non dovrà
superare gli 80
°
C. È comunque consigliato inserire
nell'impianto uno scambiatore di calore di portata adeguata.
FILTRATION
Use 10 µm filters. Permissible contamination: 18/15 ISO-
DIN 4406 (ß10 ≥ 100 ) (NAS 1638=9). Filters without a by-
pass valve to be inserted under boost pump suction line.
It is recommended to insert the clogging indicator, the max
acceptable vacuum on the filter is 0.25 bar.
RECOMMENDED FLUIDS
Proper fluid viscosity is essential for long and satisfactory
life. The following table gives an indication as to the choice
of a proper hydraulic fluid. Temperature inside the reservoir
should not exceed 80° C. It is however reccomended to
install a heat exchanger of suitable capacity in the system.
