Servicing
Removing Type5827 Electric Actuator with-
out fail-safe action
1. Put the regulator out of operation (see
the 'Decommissioning' section).
2. Unscrew the coupling nut (11) of the
electric actuator from the valve. Remove
the actuator.
Mounting Type5827 Electric Actuator
without fail-safe action
1. Place the electric actuator on the valve
and fasten tight the coupling nut (11).
Observe the specied tightening torques
(see 'Tightening torques' in Annex).
2. Put the regulator back into operation (see
the 'Start-up' section).
Removing Type3374 Electric Actuator
1. Put the regulator out of operation (see
the 'Decommissioning' section).
2. Undo and remove the clamps of the stem
connector (1.2).
3. Unscrew the hex nut (1.3) and remove
the electric actuator from the valve.
Mounting Type3374 Electric Actuator
1. Place the electric actuator on the valve
and fasten tight the hex nut (1.3). Ob-
serve the specied tightening torques
(see 'Tightening torques' in Annex).
2. Position the stem connector clamps (1.2)
and screw them tight (see 'Tightening
torques' in Annex).
3. Put the regulator back into operation (see
the 'Start-up' section).
