•MachineSetup:Youcanbrowsecurrentmachinesettingsorchangemachinevalues.
NOTE
SomemenusareonlyconguredbyanadministratororanauthorizeduserwhohasregisteredIDandpasswordonthe
machinebyadministrator.Whenthemachinerequests,entertheIDandpassword.
Presstheblackbarontopofthedisplayscreen.Thefollowingscreenappear:
•Toner:Showstheamountoftonerused.
•Brightness:Adjustsbrightnessofthedisplayscreen.
•Ongoing:Youcancheckinformation,suchastheIPaddress,phonenumber,andaccounting.
•USBdeviceisconnected:WhenaUSBmemorydeviceisinsertedintotheUSBmemoryportonyourmachine,thisis
activatedonthedisplayscreen.WhenyouwanttoremoveUSBmemoryfromthemachine,pressSafetoRemoveUSB
buttonandpressunderwhitebar.
Ecobutton
Theecofeatureallowsyoutosaveprintresourcesandleadsyoutoeco-friendlyprinting.WhenyoupresstheEcobutton,
themachineturnstheecomodeonoroff.Iftheecomodeison,youcanseetheecoimageonsomefeatures.Some
optionsinthefeaturesarenotavailabletouseintheecomode.Fordetailedinformationaboutecofeature,refertothe
Administrator’sGuide.
•OnlyadministratorshavepermissionforEcoSettinginMachineSetup.
•Ifthemachinerequestsapasswordforecomode,youneedtoenterthepassword.Contactyouradministrator.
•TheEcobuttonisactivatedonlyforCopyandQuickCopymenus.
StatusDescription
OffThemachineisnotintheEcomode.
GreenOnThemachineisintheEcomode.
JobStatusbutton
WhenyoupresstheJobStatusbutton,thescreenliststhecurrentlyrunning,queued,andcompletedjobs.
