•H1–1417:Paperisnotreachedtothefeedsensorafterpick-upfromtray4.
•H1–1418:Paperisnotpassedthefeedsensorwithinspeciedtime.
1)Removethetray4.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray4.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers(JC93–00616A).
5)Checkthefeedsensorandfeedmotoroperations.
