•H1–1217:Paperisnotreachedtothefeedsensorafterpick-upfromtray2.
•H1–1218:Paperisnotpassedthefeedsensorwithinspeciedtime.
1)Removethetray2.Removethejammedpaper.Andinstallthetray.
2)Iftheproblempersists,checkthefollowings.
3)Checkiftheproperpaperisloadedinthetray.Ifnot,replacethepaper.
4)Checkifthepickup/reverse/forwardrollerarecontaminatedorwornout.Replacetheserollers(JC93–00616A).
5)Checkthefeedsensorandfeedmotoroperations.
