To mark one contact as a favorite:
1. Touch
Contacts .
2. Touch the contact.
3. Touch the star in the upper right corner of the contact
screen so that it turns gold
.
Removing Favorites
1. Touch Contacts ➔ Favorites .
2. Touch
More options ➔ Remove from Favorites .
3. Touch contacts to mark them for removal or touch
Select all , and then touch Done .
The gold star no longer displays next to the removed
contacts in the Address Book.
Speed Dials
Speed dials are 1-, 2-, or 3-digit shortcuts (1 to 100) that
allow you to quickly call contacts from the phone keypad.
For more information about calling using speed dials, see
“Making a Call Using Speed Dial” on page 66.
Note: Speed dial 1 is reserved for Voicemail by default, and
cannot be changed.
Assigning Speed Dials
1. Touch Contacts .
2. Touch
More options ➔ Speed dial .
The list of speed dial numbers and assigned contacts
displays.
3. Touch one of the
+ Add contact fields next to a speed
dial number. The contacts list appears.
4. Touch a contact to assign it to the speed dial number.
