Syncing Email Accounts
Syncing refreshes your device with the account’s servers.
When you set up an email account, you can choose whether
the account syncs in the background or manually.
 Touch Email ➔ Refresh .
Deleting Email Accounts
To delete an email account from your device:
1. Touch
Email .

Touch More options ➔ Settings ➔ Manage accounts .
3. Touch
Remove account .
4. Touch each account you want to delete to create a
check mark .
5. Touch
Done and then touch OK .
The selected accounts are removed from your device.
Email Settings
Use the Email Settings to configure your Email preferences.
Note: Available settings depend on the email provider.

General Settings display:
•Display : Sets how email is shown in the email list and when
you open them.
• Default display : Select what is shown after you have moved
or deleted an email message.
• Priority sender settings : Configure the treatment of email
messages from senders you mark as being priority.
• Spam addresses : Manage your spam address list.
•Delay email sending : Set a delay for sending email, allowing
an opportunity to cancel a sent message.
•Split view mode : Turns on split view on landscape screen.
3. Touch an account to configure specific settings.
Available options depend on the account.
