Manual Pause Dialing
To manually call a number with pauses without storing them
in your Contacts list:
1. Touch
Phone
and use the onscreen keypad to
enter the phone number.

To add a three-second pause, touch
More options
Add 3-sec pause (,)
. Then use the keypad to enter
the additional numbers.

Press and hold the
Asterisk
key. Then use the
keypad to enter the additional numbers.
Tip:
You can create pauses longer than three seconds by
entering multiple three second pauses.

To add a wait (the dialing sequence is paused until
you enter a number to touch a key), touch
More options
Add wait (;)
to add a wait.
4. Touch
Call
to make the call.

Correcting an Entered Number
Use the following steps to correct a mistyped entry when
dialing.
After entering a number using the keypad:
If you make a mistake, touch
to erase a single
character.
Touch and hold
to erase the entire string of numbers.
Ending a Call
To end a call:
Touch
End call
.
Dialing a Recent Number
All incoming, outgoing and missed calls are recorded in the
Call log. If the number or caller is listed in your Address
Book, the associated name is also displayed.

Logs.
A list of recent calls displays.
3. Touch the desired Contact to enter the
Details
page,
then touch
Call
to make a call.
