3. Enter the desired text of the message in the “Body” section
of the e-mail.
4. Choose one of the following:
Tap “Put in Outbox” to file the message in the Outbox.
The message is sent when you open the iMessenger
application and tap “Check & Send”.
Tap “Cancel”. Tap “Yes” to save the message in the Draft
folder of the iMessenger application. Tap “No” to delete
the message.
Using the iMessenger® Application
By signing up with Palm.net, you receive the iMessenger
application, an e-mail address, and a mailbox on the
Palm.net network. You can use the iMessenger application to
send and receive short text messages. While in the Sprint PCS
coverage area, you can send and receive e-mail messages to
anyone who has an Internet e-mail address.
In the iMessenger application you can:
Download messages waiting for you on the Palm.net
network.
Read, delete, reply to, and reroute incoming messages.
Create outgoing and draft messages.
Send messages to any Internet e-mail address directly from
your phone.
iMessenger vs. Mail Application
The iMessenger application is completely independent of the
standard mail application that is included with the
Palm OS® installed on your phone. They do not interact in
any way on your phone. Both applications can be used on your
phone without any problems.
