4-2-5. Testing Smart Hub Connections
MENU• Support Self Diagnosis Smart Hub Connection Test
If Smart Hub is not working, select Smart Hub Connection Test. The Connection Test diagnoses the problem by
checking the Internet connection, your ISP, the Samsung server, and the Apps panels.
Major check points
Select the 1. Smart Hub Connection Test from the Self Diagnosis menu.
If one stage has problem, connection test will give solution depending on stage.2.
