Major check points
Check TV Board Connector Voltages from SMPS (switched voltages on 1. CNM803).
Test for 13V DC at both sides of both fuses on the TCON Board.2.
If either one of the fuses is open, replace the T-CON Board .3.
If 13V DC are missing on fuses, check output feed from TV Board (CN501, pins 1-10)4.
If 13V DC feed is present at the output of the TV Board, suspect a defective LVDS cable.5.
If the 13V DC feed is not present, suspect a defective TV Board or SMPS.6.

General
