4-2-3. One Connect Box (Jack-Pack)
TV Power’s On with no on screen video or menu
Major check points
Turn the TV OFF.1.
Unplug the One-Connect cable from the TV.2.
Turn the TV back ON, and verify the "Disconnect Banner" appears in the middle of the screen.3.
If the "Disconnect Banner" appears, the Panel is OK (for most repair situations). -
<One Connect Box (Jack pack) disconnect banner will appear.>
Replace the One-Connect board.
