Deleting Scheduled Events
To delete events scheduled before a specific date:
1. Select > Calendar.
2. Highlight the desired date and press Options (right
softkey) > Erase Memory > Erase Old > Yes.
Note:All events before the date you specified are erased including old Call
Alarms (see page 112), and old To Do List items (see page 114).
Deleting All Scheduled Events
To delete all scheduled events:

Select > Calendar > Options (right softkey)>
Erase Memory > Erase All > Yes.
Note: Call Alarms (see page 112), and To Do List items (see page 114) are
included when scheduled events are erased.
Setting Holidays
You can set your personal holidays by displaying the date in
red on the Calendar display. The default holidays displayed in
red are Sundays and national holidays.
Note: You can set holidays from Jan 1, 2000 to Dec 31, 2020.
To set personal holidays:
1. From the Calendar display, highlight the day you want to
set to the holiday by using the navigation key.
2. Press Options (right softkey) > Holiday > Set Date orSet
Weekly.
