Operating the Scale
Basic Weighing Function
Purpose
The basic weighing function is always accessible
and can be used alone or in combination with an
application program (toggling between weight units,
counting, weighing in percent, etc.).
Available Features
– Zeroing the scale
Ambient influences may cause the scale readout
to display a value other than zero even though
the scale is unloaded. If the weight shown is less
than 2% of the scale’s maximum capacity, you
can zero the readout at the press of a key.
– Taring the scale
When you begin by taring the scale to the weight
of the container to be used, you can then have
the net weight of the container contents displayed
when the container is filled and weighed.
– Printing weight values
Factory Settings
Weigh unit 1: Kilograms (1 7 3)
Manual/automatic printout:
Manual, at stability (6 1 2)
Printout format:
Gross, tare and net values with data ID codes (7 1 3)
