Zero Point Offset Value
It is necessary to adjust the zero point offset value to adapt the bridge voltage of the strain gauge system to the
operating range of the electronic components in the balance/scale.
This may be necessary if:
- „L“ or „H“ remains displayed,
- „L“ remains displayed even when light weights have been loaded onto the weighing pan,
- „H“ is displayed before the maximum load has been reached
or
- the error code „E“ is displayed during calibration or the calibration weight is not accepted.
Checking the Zero Point Offset Value
- Access the gross value mode (see page 15).
- The gross value now indicated in the display must be within the zero point
offset tolerance range when the balance/scale is unloaded (see zero point
offset data).
- If the gross value displayed is outside this tolerance range, the zero point
offset value must be readjusted.
