) Pin 16 can be used either as a low signal (control output) or as a hardware tare command (input). A
corresponding modification can be performed by changing the position of solder straps LB1 and LB2 on the data
interface circuit board (108). Pin 16 has been factory-set as a low signal (LB1 open, LB2 closed).
Important Note:
(concerns only modification of the pin assignments in accordance with footnote

When repositioning solder straps LB1 and LB2, please note that the factory settings have been accomplished with
traces on the circuit board and not with soldering points.
Therefore, open the trace of the particular solder strap first; then adjust the setting using a soldering point.
