- Replace the battery cover plate (113) on the housing base (115), and
fasten it by tightening the screw (113.A).
- Restore the balance/scale to the upright position.
- The balance/scale is now ready to operate.
Important Note
After the battery has been installed, the balance/scale should remain plugged into a wall outlet for about 5 hours in
order to recharge the battery.
