Opening a Scale Featuring Strain Gauge Technology
IP44 IP65
Warning:
Disconnect the cable from the
power source.
1 Remove the load cell.
2 Loosen and remove the two screws (Q)
from the support plate.
3 Remove the four screws (R)
from the O-ring (see picture on the right).
4 Remove the ten screws (P) from the cover.
Cut through the warranty stickers (seals).
Remove the O-ring (on units with IP65
protection).
5 The scale housing is now accessible.
6 Remove the six screws (O) from the data
output plate (U).
Remove the gasket (on units with IP65
protection).
