The cutter is experiencing issues.

If there is a paper jam, clear it.

The cutter has become loose. Fix the
cutter in position and tighten it.
■
The cutter blade is not sharp anymore.
Replace your cutter with a new one.
The dispenser is experiencing
issues.
■
If there is a paper jam, clear it.

The dispenser has become loose. Fix the
dispenser in position and tighten it.

Make sure the liner is correctly threaded
under the plate and the dispenser.
