MECHANICAL PARTS REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT

rIghT pEDAL BELT rEmovAL
Follow the steps in the “Left Pedal Belt Removal” section for the right pedal belt.
Insert the non-looped end of the new belt
behind the belt roller with the smooth side
of the belt facing downward touching the
roller (The grooved side will be facing
away from the roller), then slide it through
to allow enough slack to attach to the pedal
clamp.
3/16 Allen hex
1/2 Wrench
Insert the pedal belt
until it is ush with the
bottom of the clamp.
Step 1:
Insert the belt with the grooves facing
toward clamp in between the clamp and
the pedal link until it is ush with the
bottom of the clamp, then tighten the two
screws and nuts to secure the belt. Using a
3/16’ allen hex on the at head screws and
a 1/2” wrench on the nuts.
