Receiver
The receiver locks the seat post in-
to position on the deck. For instruc-
tions, refer to “MOTO” SEAT INSTAL-
LATION/STOWAGE above.

27) “Moto” Seat Post
Release Lever (if so
equipped)
The lever releases the seat post from
within the seat. It is used also to re-
lease the post from its receiver on the
deck. For instructions, refer to “MO-
TO” SEAT INSTALLATION/STOWAGE
above.
28) Kart Seat Lever
(if so equipped)
The lever releases the latch locking the
seat on the deck.
WARNING
Only remove or install the kart seat
when the watercraft is out of the
waterordockedsecurelyoncalm
water.
Seat Installation

Before installing or removing kart
seat:
Only install or remove the kart seat
when the watercraft is out of the
waterordockedsecurelyoncalm
water.
With the seat slightly angled forward,
insert the seat front tab into the anchor
plate on the deck.
Line up the pin located underneath the
seat with the hole in the deck, then
pushdowntolatchtheseat.

Always make sure that the seat
is installed properly and securely
locked in place before operating
the watercraft.
If you cannot rest your feet com-
fortably on the footr
ests, install the
footrest spacers (refer to your autho-
rized Sea-Doo dealer for more infor-
mation). This will
help achieve a more
stable riding position.
