7. General declaration of conformity
SELVE GmbH & CO. KG company, hereby declares that the SE Plus is in conformity
with the basic requirements and other relevant provisions of the Directive 2006/42/EG

8. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
Motor does not work Electric connection defective Check the connection
Thermal protection switch has
triggered
Wait for 5 to 20 minutes
UP and DOWN directions are
switched
End positions set incorrectly Reset end positions
Black and brown wire connected to
the switch incorrectly
Switch wires
(black = DOWN, brown = UP)
Motor has stopped automatically
when moving DOWN
Blockage recognition has triggered Remove obstacle, check curtain
path
Motor has stopped automatically
when moving UP
Overload recognition has triggered Remove obstacle, check curtain
path, possibly select stronger motor
