Changing the Waste Collection Bag
Tools and PPE Required:
Cut resistant gloves, safety eyewear, and a face mask
Changing Waste Collection Bag: Periodically inspect the contents of the drum and empty as needed.
Caution: Always wear proper PPE, including cut resistant gloves, safety eyewear and a face mask when
changing the waste collection bag.
When the collection bag is full, the AIR SYSTEM FAULT light and the STOP button will illuminate. The Stage 1
chamber will stop and the Stage 2 chamber will initiate a timed shutdown. After timed shutdown has
completed, allow at least 30 seconds for vacuum to evacuate the last of the disintegrated material before
shutting the vacuum down.
To inspect the contents of the drum and/or change the waste collection bag:
1. Raise the drum foot pedal bar to lower the drum to the floor. Roll the drum away from the vacuum fan
system to inspect and empty if needed.
2. The drum-full sensor trips when the drum reaches approximately 20 lb of waste material.
