Download Error log
It is possible to download a error log if your printer is connected to the lan.
In this case, if occurred some kind of error do not switch off the printer or the error log will
be lost.
Type the IP of your printer in a browser followed by /log.php
For example: 192.168.27.191 → 192.168.27.191/log.php
Press enter and refresh (F5) and the download will start automatically.
It is a zipped folder.
Send the log to your official resellers or to to Sharebot-qualified technicians.
This will help to identify remotely the problem.
