2. Installation
Note before installation
* When the saddle finisher is installed, first install the paper pass
unit, and then install the saddle finisher.
* When the saddle finisher and punch unit is installed at the same
time, first install the punch unit, and then install the saddle fin-
isher.
A. Installation of the rail
1) Install the rail (Packed items (No.5)) to the saddle stitch fin-
isher with the fixing screws (Packed items (No.1)).
2) Install the rail reception sheet metal (Packed items (No.6)) to
the main unit with the fixing screws (Packed items (No.2)).
B. Removal of the paper pass latch reception
parts and the positioning pin
1) Remove the screw, and release the paper pass disconnection
preventing lever.
2) Remove the paper pass unit.
3) Remove the resin E-ring that secures the reverse tray.
4) Remove the reverse tray.
5) Remove the screws, and remove the interface left cabinet.
