1. Unpacking
A. Removal of the paper pass unit
B. Removal of the fixing tape

2. Installation
NOTE: Before installation, be sure to turn both the operation and
main power switches off and disconnect the power plug
from the power outlet. Make double sure that the data lamp
on the operation panel does not light up or blink when per-
forming installation.
A. Removal of the paper holding arm unit
1) Push up the section A to disengage the pawl, and remove the
paper holding arm and the paper holding arm holder together
as a unit.
* Be careful to remove both of the paper holding arm (which is
easily removed alone) and the paper holding arm holder.
