Transaction Report
The Transaction Report is printed automatically after you send or
receive a fax to allow you to check whether the transaction was
successful.
Your fax machine is set at the factory to print the report after each
transmission. To change the condition under which the report is
printed, follow the steps below.

The Transaction Report cannot be printed on demand.

the condition for printing.
ALWAYS PRINT A report will be printed after each
transmission, reception, or error.
ERROR PRINT A report will be printed only when an
error occurs.
SEND ONLY A report will be printed after each
transmission.
NEVER PRINT A report will never be printed.
