What to do if Shimax MAC6A Controller shows scale over in upper limit?

  If the Shimax Controller displays a scale over in the upper limit, it could be due to a few reasons: 1. There might be a wire break in the thermocouple input. Check the thermocouple input wiring and consider replacing the thermocouple. 2. There might be a wire break in the resistance bulb input A. Check the wiring of resistance bulb A and consider replacing it. 3. The input might be exceeding the upper limit of the measuring range by 10%. Verify the input voltage and current values, and ensure that the input transmitter and controller specifications match.

Why did the display disappear and Shimax MAC6A does not operate?

  If the Shimax Controller's display has disappeared and the device isn't operating, the cause could be that power isn't being supplied or there is an abnormality with the instrument itself. To resolve this, check the power supply, including the terminal voltage, switch, fuse, and wiring.
