Chapter 4 Troubleshooting
Problems Possible causes Measures
The power is not supplied to the
unit.
Confirm the power. There is no power
input.
(The Power status
Indicator doesn't
light.)
Not connected to the power
terminal properly
Connect the wire properly.
It has been set to the "Self-retain"
mode.
Reset the alarm.
Confirm the input transducer.
Confirm the input signal cable.
OK alarm does not
become unlit.
The input signals are out of the
normal range.
Confirm the sensor set gap.
The warning set value is
inappropriate.
Set an appropriate value.
The sequence set value is
inappropriate.
Set an appropriate value.
OK alarm has been output. Cancel OK alarm.
There is no ALERT
Alarm or DANGER
Alarm output.
The monitor module is not
installed on.
Install the monitor module.
The warning set value is
inappropriate.
Set an appropriate value.
Protect from the noise by using a noise
filter, etc.
Confirm the wiring.
Distance the source of the noise such
as a RF device and a relay module.
Affect of noise on the input signal
or power
Set longer warning delay time.
ALERT Alarm or
DANGER Alarm
output malfunctions.
The monitor module is removed. Mount the monitor module.
The wiring for output signals is
incorrect.
Connect the wire properly.
Output specifications do not
comply with the receiving devices.
Use the devices which satisfy output
specifications.
