Basic Call Management
Basic call management includes placing and transferring calls, putting calls on hold, conference and
intercom calling, setting audio controls, and using voicemail and directory features.
Placing Calls
You can place a call using a handset, headset, or speakerphone.
Using the Handset
To place an internal call, press the Talk button and dial the extension.
To place an external call, dial the trunk access code, then the phone number.
To end a call, press the End/Power button.
