2. The Shure device will send a response packet over unicast UDP to the controller, using a destination UDP port identical
to the source port of the query packet. The payload of the response packet follows this format:

Subnet mask, as 32-bit unsigned integer in network or-

8-13 MAC address, as array of 6 bytes
Note: The Shure device should respond in less than one second on a typical network. If there is no response, try sending the query again after verify
ing the destination IP address and port number.
