It is also possible to configure the system so that
it is either mandatory or optional to enter a Ac-
count code at the start of the call. This setting
can be made using HiPath 1100 Manager (see
Account codes - A31003-K1160-B810-*-*) or pro-
gramming code (see Programming Manual,
A31003-K1160-B804-*-*, Account code type).
The Account code can be configured in advance
using HiPath 1100 Manager (see Account codes
- A31003-K1160-B810-*-*). If it has been config-
ured and the option to validate the Account code
is selected, only the configured codes will be ac-
cepted. If an invalid Account code is typed in, a
negative tone will sound or a message will be
displayed.
