Contact them to unlock it. * The SMSC number might be incorrect. Ask your telecom provider for the correct SMSC number and enter it in the web-based configuration under Cellular Settings -> SMS Center Number. * The SIM card might not be compatible with the cellular module. Try a different SIM card that is compatible.
