2.3 Qualied personnel
Qualied personnel are people who are familiar with the installation, mounting,
commissioning, and operation of the product. These people have the following qualications:
• They are authorized, trained or instructed in operating and maintaining devices and systems
according to the safety regulations for electrical circuits, high pressures and aggressive as
well as dangerous media.
• For devices intended for use in explosive atmospheres: They are authorized, trained, or
instructed in working on electrical circuits for systems in potentially explosive atmospheres.
• They are trained or instructed in maintenance and use of appropriate safety equipment
according to the safety regulations.
• They should be trained in rst aid.
