Observe the following if you subsequently connect equipment and the required cables on site:
• Read and observe the manufacturer's instructions, especially notes, warnings and
information on special features.
• Electrical equipment as well as combinations of equipment can impair the intrinsic safety of
the circuits as a result of their electrical parameters. Prior to installing equipment, check that
the intrinsic safety of the circuit is still guaranteed.
Note
If you want to replace or expand ET 200iSP reserve modules or other ET 200iSP components (PS,
EM, IM), contact Siemens regarding the rated current and power loss calculation, e.g. via
cabinets.industry@siemens.com.
