6.4 Communication in batch mode (SIMATIC MV325)

Transmission of the saved data via USB port
Use the following procedure to enable data transmission in batch mode via USB:
1. Move the switch
③ for the communication mode on the bottom of charging station to the
position

2. Scan the configuration code of the USB communication mode:
– USB Keyboard Mode - Batch Mode Only

3. Scan the configuration barcode of the batch mode:
– Batch Mode Enable - Send and Log

4. Scan the configuration barcode for automatic data transfer:
– Batch Mode Auto Transfer Buffer memory On
Once you have enabled the communication mode, you can start collecting data.
To transfer the data to the host device, you must place the reader in the charging station.
The reader will start transmission of the data after 5 seconds. The delay allows the host
device to prepare itself to receive the data.
