Connecting (SIMATIC MV320)
Avoid exceeding the maximum voltage
If the maximum voltage is exceeded, this voids the manufacturer's guarantee.
● Maximum voltage tolerance: 5 V ± 10 %
● The components must comply with the requirements of the EC directive RoHS and the
REACH Regulation: See EC directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and the Regulation (EC) No.
1907/2006 (REACH Regulation).

Connecting the cable
● Plug the RJ-50 end of the cable into the bottom of the device handle.
Press the connector firmly into the device until it audibly locks in place. The cable is then
correctly connected.
