Alterations to the device
Alterations to the devices are not permitted.
Failure to observe this requirement shall constitute a revocation of the radio equipment
approval, CE approval and warranty. Therefore do not make any alterations to the device.
Personal injury or equipment damage due to unauthorized opening or repairing
Unauthorized opening or repairing of the device can lead to personal injury or equipment
damage. Therefore do not carry out repairs yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by
authorized qualified personnel at the manufacturer's site. See section Service and
maintenance (Page 43).
Proper disposal and recycling
The HMI devices described in these Operating Instructions can be recycled due to the low
levels of pollutants. Contact a certified disposal service company for environmentally sound
recycling and disposal of your old devices.
When disposing of batteries, observe the locally applicable legal regulations.
