Function Description Type
Comment Individual input of a comment for the archive. INPUT
(max. 200
characters)
Archive type Displays the archive type of the data backup:
Series start-up
- OR –
Generic data backup.
DISPLAY
Control
components
Displays the components or the archive types
that have been configured.
DISPLAY
Paths Generic archives can have been created from
any configured paths.
DISPLAY
Created on Displays the date and time of the archiving. DISPLAY
Created by Displays the name of the author. DISPLAY
Archive file Displays the name of the archive file. The file
name is made up of the date, the name and the
".arc" type.
DISPLAY
Size Displays the file size of the archive. DISPLAY
Deletable Indicates whether or not the archive can be
deleted.
Only archives marked as deletable can be
deleted in the archive overview.
DISPLAY
OK The entries are accepted and the window is
closed.
ACTION
Cancel The window is closed and the previous "Archive
Overview" window is displayed. Changes/entries
that have been made are not accepted.
ACTION
Exit Closes the view of the archives and returns to
the login window.
ACTION
Exporting archives / data backups
You can export the archive or backup file or save it to a local drive.
