Character recognition asynchronous 11 bit :
In this mode a message consists of a series of asynchronous
characters, 11-bit each (1 start bit, 8 data bits, 1 parity bit, 1 stop bit).
This is the standard setting for sending SINAUT ST1 or SINAUT ST7
messages. In this case message format FT 1.2, based on 11-bit
asynchronous characters, is normally used for transmitting over
dedicated lines.
