6.1 Zero point adjustment

3. Stop the flow while pumping by closing the outlet valve and then the inlet valve
Note
The flow must be completely stopped and the sensor completely filled with gas.
The zero point adjustment has to be carried out under stable pressure conditions.
4. Perform an auto zero point adjustment:
MASS 6000 SIFLOW FC070
Choose menu entry "Reset mode"
-> Zero adjust
-> Zero adjust auto
-> Zero adjust
Choose the SIMATIC PDM menu
-> Device
-> zero adjust
5. After count down (30 s.), the actual zero point is displayed and the meter ready for
operation.
